It's old and not kept up. I don't think they have invested a penny since the hotel was built. The housekeeping staff does not clean. The room looks cleans but smells musty. I'm guessing it's the filthy carpet that is probably 50 years old. I asked for housekeeping and they brought me towels. Didn't clean , didn't make the bed Try the newer Comfort Inn down the road. I know I will never time. The employees at the from desk Matthew I believe was his name was super nice !!! The beds were both welled out in the middle and my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds because there was only an even spot big enough for 1 person

This place is grimy. The hotel hallways stank and my room was walking the line between damp and wet. The sheets felt sticky and the bed frame was covered in mold. The front desk sounded surprised and apologetic, but they have refused to do anything as far as reimbursement. I have emailed multiple times asking very politely to have some sort of compensation, but they have decided to ignore me after one email saying they're sorry and that they take the customer experience very seriously. BS. Edit: Even their reply to this review is a lie. Let the photos speak for themselves. That is absolutely mold and is not "failing plastic" on the bed frame.

Staff was very helpful and nice, room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was outstanding, usual Best Western breakfast but fully stocked and fresh, very clean. The building is older but really kept up. Our only complaint would be the beds were terribly uncomfortable. I thought maybe just our bed, but all of the wedding guests that stayed there said the same thing. Very unfortunate
