I stumbled upon this Advance Auto Parts location while passing through Kendallville, and I was thoroughly impressed. Even for a quick pit stop, the store was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly sharp and helped me out right away, showing they really know their stuff. I’ve used this chain before with great results, and this specific spot definitely kept that streak alive. Finding solid, hassle-free service on the road is always a huge plus!

Bill at Advance Auto Parts gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. He was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He didn’t just try to sell parts — he made sure I understood my options and felt confident before I left. You can tell he truly cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Employees like Bill are the reason people come back. He absolutely deserves recognition and a raise for the level of professionalism and effort he brings every day.”

Lady was rude as hell. I had found a part on their website available for pick up at this location. Got told no before she even look it up. Wasn't willing to look up the part number I had for it and Instead tried to get me to pay 3x the price for their other brand of the part I wanted.
