  I went to the Jeff location ordered a combo meal and got home to burnt fries no seasoning on fries and the chicken strips was badly over cooked I called to let manager know and she said come back tomorrow between 5a-1p and about 5 minutes later a regular employee called me back and asked for pictures which I do still have the food but acting like I’m lying about 11 dollars so I let them know I was calling corporate this was my third time eating at Wingstop the first two times was excellent. This last time was awful. I would never eat Wingstop again because of the attitude when I called back to let them know that it was not right, and I also have my ticket as well it tasted like the grease wasn’t changed from where the chicken was being cooked and evidently the grease wasn’t changed when they cooked those fries the fries were black just about they were way overcooked.

  usually when I come to this Wingstop the food is amazing the service is amazing I never have any issues but on Friday July 17th at 12:30 a.m. I came in got my food the food is great but when I go to get my fountain drink every soda in the machine is hot and flat no carbonation when I said something to them the manager acted like he had a problem came out pushed the the drink thing in and said it works I was like taste it and he just walked off another employee came out and tasted it and said yeah it didn't taste good but it was fine it was just hot I'm pretty sure fountain machines the soft drink's supposed to come out cold not hot regardless if you have ice or not they did end up giving me a 20 oz bottle out of the fridge but I had to ask for it they need to get their machine fixed
