The employees told me. That the tip asked for on the credit card reader does not go to the employees
Put in a mobile order and pick up was set for 850pm. I get here and its now 907pm and he tells me to pull up from the window cause there is some old people in there. My order in app says it was done at 850 the same time I got to the window. Should tell you all you need to know. Went in and its dudes family just chilling guess next time imma go to the other subway.
Update: finally got my food at 9:25 and mind you still nobody was here wsnt busy other then the family.

Dude service was perfect if I was a secret shopper around 1 am I'll grade him an a + in food ordering and did beyond as well great worker.

Went inside versus drive through. They had no air in the building and everything looked like it had been sitting for a few days in the cold box. The lettuce was brown, and there was a lot of cross contamination with the veggies. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this was BAD.

Terrible, ordered online, it was literally 8:14PM when I ordered this. I knew this store was gonna give me issues but tested my luck anyways. They had loads of time to do it, supposedly my order wasnt in their systems when three dashers went there to pick it up. I finally had someone pick it and deliver it to me (even though I had an item missing) but I finally got it. IT WASNT EVEN MY SUB THAT I ORDEREDDDD!! IT WAS COLD AND WRONG. NEVER AGAIN!!!😡😡😡
