  The service was disappointing and the pricing was very misleading. I ordered the $3.99 Deli Fave, and the server asked me whether I wanted ham or salami, which made me think those were simply options included with the $3.99 item. However, after I paid, I was told that the item was actually $7.99…… If the price depends on the choice of meat, that should be clearly explained before the customer orders or pays. I would not have ordered it if I had known the actual price. The whole experience felt misleading and left a very bad impression.

  This location is known for being super busy during lunchtime. I have been going here for a while. And I will tell you what even when these employees have customers out the door they still show each and every customer respect and they even know a lot of us by name and remember exactly what our sandwiches are and how to make them. I couldn’t be happier with the team They deal with a lot of rude customers. I have seen it with my own eyes. But even when another customer is rude and obnoxious, I have seen it where these employees go right back to work as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this location. Amber is a hard worker along with her team. She does her best to provide great customer satisfaction and get her and customers in and out. I have been going here for years and will continue to go for many more.

  Ordered a foot long steak and cheese, received a 6 inch, showed them my receipt and they made another 6 inch. Second one was toasted for 9 sec instead of the full 30. Then it sat on the cutting board for 4-5 minutes waiting to be wrapped up while 3 other orders pass it. Now I have 2 partially toasted and COLD sandwiches that are so stale now that I cannot bite through them. I've come to this location about 2x a week and this was a total fail. I spent good money on a lunch that I cannot even eat.
