Of the three Subway options in town, this place always makes the best sub. Even when they are busy. Parking can be a trick sometimes.

workers seemed mad that i ordered food they was very aggressive i ordered a foot long turkey and ham sandwich wanted light veggies and she was light with the yellow peppers but heavy on the sauce and lettuce and black olives my food was messy and poorly made she wrapped my sandwich in a 6in parchment paper and then she wrapped it again with a 12 inch parchment paper super messy poor job very unsatisfied and the vegetables seemed like they were old and needed re-changed

Ughh I went into subway on 6th street about 8pm on April 22, 2026 just wanting a sandwich but instead I get serenaded my whole order by a lady and it was annoying. She literally sang to me what kind of bread do u want , what kind of cheese and so on. Needless to say I was not impressed by the singing and just wanted to have my sandwich made and leave. In the meantime while her the employee to busy singing to me about what I wanted on my sandwich , I had to repeat everything twice to her because she couldn't focus on talking to me normal. I was annoyed by the service I don't need to be sang too. Just make the sandwich and move on to serenade ur next customer!!. So annoyed I usually have great experience at this subway . For some reason my bread was soggy and it should not have been for a Italian bmt. Come on subway do better. Please have the employee stop serenading.

Every time I go here, I order online because that's the only way you can get the deals and coupons.
They never read the tickets correctly. I have been shorted double meat, have had my sandwich toasted when not asked for, they are frequently out of cookies, etc.
I have tried putting things in the comments for easier visibility. Such as this sandwich gets double meat or even though I don't want my sandwich toasted, I'd like the chicken heated up separately.
I go in and sometimes they are still making my sandwich and I catch things and try to tell them and help make it right, I'm always nice and patient. They act irritated that I'm even there. The bread is always hard and flaky, sometimes not even edible. I ordered all my sandwiches with a meal deal this time. The app showed I ordered a meal deal for each, but the printed receipt was not showing that, I don't know why.
They argued with me and wouldn't give me my other cookies that the app and my bank account shows I paid for. The app shows 1 cookie, but meal deals come with 2 cookies but the app doesn't break it out that way. This could be a Subway App problem but I still paid full price for a meal deal which should come with 2 cookies.
I wont be back to this Subway. I've let a lot slide and have paid for things I didn't recieve, but I'm tired of spending hard earned money on subpar quality and service. I've worked at a Subway, it's not hard and if you don't like your job, find a new one.
They were friendly and did a good job.
