I have visited this Subway location twice in the past month, and both experiences were consistently disappointing. The food quality, service, and overall cleanliness raise significant concerns, including issues that frankly may warrant a health code inspection.
Food Quality - During my first visit, I ordered a 6-inch Rotisserie Chicken on 9-Grain Wheat. When I asked which bread option was lower in sodium, the employee stated he did not know and appeared not to understand the question. As I moved to the vegetable section, I noticed that much of the lettuce was brown and wilted. More concerning was the visible mold on the spinach in the adjacent tray.
I requested fresh lettuce and asked that the molding spinach be replaced. The employee refused both requests, insisting the ingredients were acceptable. I completed my order without lettuce or spinach and added tomatoes, onions, and peppers, though the portions were noticeably minimal. I was charged $12.78 for the sandwich, chips, and a 21 oz drink, despite two of the fountain soda options being out of order.
Service - On both visits, I was assisted by the same employee. His appearance was unprofessional, with visible stains on his shirt and Bluetooth earbuds in during the ordering process. His demeanor conveyed clear disinterest, as though my presence was an interruption rather than a customer interaction.
Please be aware this location does not honor/offer Veterans/First Responder Discounts which I have received at Subways in other nearby locations, though I respect as a franchise that may be this employee/owners choice.
Cleanliness & Atmosphere - Across both visits, the dining area was in poor condition. None of the tables had been wiped down, and the floors and drink station were visibly unclean. The lack of basic upkeep contributed to an overall unsanitary atmosphere.
Overall Impression - Based on repeated issues with food safety, customer service, and cleanliness, I cannot recommend this location. I would encourage customers to consider alternative dining options until these concerns are addressed.

I ordered 5 subs on the app, shopped around, and went to pick up. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes (not a huge deal). But the sandwiches, every single one, barely had any meat on them. One sandwich I ordered was a meatball, it had one meatball on the entire thing. 3 I ordered were Steak Philly, they barely had any meat at all. They had a total of 3 pieces of meat each. The last one I ordered was a BMT, it was made the best out of them all but still lacked. I went back in and asked for a refund, he said no. He kept saying he put the right amount, but in the end he said sorry and added more meat to each. Overall, do not go here unless you want to be disappointed. I will not be back at this location.
