  I ordered a tuna sub and they leveled the tuna scoop with a knife. I’ve never seen that. I asked for another scoop and payed for the deluxe sandwich. Not really a big deal. It was a good sandwich. The only other thing is when I payed with a card the card scanner only had the options to tip 10, 15, 20% or other. Again not that bad. I actually chose 10% cause I’m extremely lazy. But generally speaking I typically tip based on how generous they are with the toppings. I digress.

  I'm new to the area and this is the closest store. I ordered a bogo that can only be ordered online. I get to the store after about a half hour and they tell me they never received my order. Its now within the 30 minute closing time so I cant order with the bogo anymore. It told me my order had been received and was being built. So how did it suddenly get canceled and they say that they didnt cancel my order? Money was taken and everything and now I have to wait a week for it.
