  Messed up my order and when I proceeded to call to see if there was something we could do about it the guy just hung up on me and every time after I tried to call he would answer the phone and hang up right away. Honestly couldn’t believe the way they responded to making a mistake on my order. Won’t go back!

  I order from here all the time but recently had the worst experience. I’d placed an online pickup order and picked my food up. ticket on the bag was correct my name and order, got home to realize they gave me the wrong order so i reached out to corporate and was told id be issued a refund. It has now been THREE WEEKS since the original order and i’ve still yet to receive a refund i was told would be returned in 1 to 3 business days. I’ve continuously tried calling and speaking to management asking about my refund however i’ve only been able to get speak to a physical person 3 times and they put me on hold and then hang up!

  Went on lunch placed my order at 12:41p and they still didn’t have it ready 1:10p I asked for a refund the guy says 3 more mins . Still didn’t have my food ready h til 1:15p only had 7 mins to make it back to work they took up my entire lunch time , they accommodate a brownie but then i noticed my ranch wasn’t in the bag so I had to turn around and ask for that but the food was fresh deciding if I should go back

  I have been waiting on the phone for some one to answer for 45 mins. This is actually insane that some one can’t pick up the phone in 45 mins.
