  The customer service is literally, HORRIFIC. The employees stand around and use profanity while the customers are waiting at the counter. I will never go back to that location again.

  Every time I order from this location there is always something wrong. It’s either they don’t give me my right order or forget my things like the ranch. I ordered some food today and they didn’t even try. My wings don’t have any sauce, the ranch is so milky and watery and my corn isn’t seasoned.

  Dont even waste your time. No one knows what they are doing. Ordered food online and still had to wait for a whole extra 45 mins to get food. Asked for a refund and nobody knows how. GM on the phone talking bout leave my account number and they will do it in the morning. What do I look like leaving my account number with random people? Yeah ok! I been working customer service over 25 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. Instead of trying to get people food ready the girl in there putting chairs on top of tables. If I could give a negative 1000000000 I would! Get a on clue on how to run a business GM. Update: Didn't get my whole order and chicken was trash!!!!!
