  Always good and usually on time. They’re busy. They replaced something when I messed up my order for me once. It’s also very clean all the time. Love the staff here!!!

  They gave me the incorrect order two weeks prior I had called and gave him the information they said to come in and they would replace it when I came in to get the replacement order. They didn’t put it in the system and would not replace the order the manager would not come up and talk to me. It was a team member only.

  I’ve always gone out of my way to visit this Wingstop because the quality and freshness are usually top-tier. However, during my recent visit, I witnessed an employee handling raw chicken with their bare hands. Proper PPE, gloving, and strict food safety protocols exist for a reason, cross-contamination is a major health hazard. I genuinely hope management takes immediate steps to re-train the team so customers can continue to trust the food served here.

  This was a very unsatisfactory visit. My tenders were barely tossed, I ordered a brownie and had I not checked my order I wouldn’t have known because no one said anything. I then was told by a worker it will be like 5 days and she’ll “ tell her general manager “ I’ve had wingstop once prior to tonight AND IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE as well. I won’t be returning. Need my refund on my brownie and y'all don’t have to worry about me! Very disappointed!
