  Went to the downtown Indianapolis Wingstop location last night to order food. The gentleman behind the register rudely stated they were only taking online orders, turned around, and walked away. I went somewhere else for food and I will not be returning to this location.

  I ate here recently and literally 14 people walked in at once and ordered. Food was fast, staff was courteous, everything tasted delicious and hot. My only tip is that when you don't offer the combo, and get just plain boneless wings, it's actually extremely cheap to get a 10 piece. I was told this by the guy working the register, and got a 10 piece instead of the 6 piece I was going to order. One of the people who had came in with a group behind me had a different cashier and wasn't told, and was complaining about the cost of getting 6 wings to the point that he was leaving. I told him about the cheaper 10 piece and that's what he ordered. So don't be afraid to ask about pricing or offers if you don't want the combos. Also, it's takeout only if you don't already know this.

  If I could give a zero I would this place told me that my card was declined twice only to be charged twice I used a separate card so they got three meals out of me
