    Seemed to be confusion regarding what appeared to be a valid coupon. The validity date doesn't expire until 30June but the employee at this location was adamant that the offer wasn't valid. They showed us an email that mentioned something about a manufacturer date but it made no sense. Aside from that the employee appeared very disassociate which didnt hender service but gave the feeling of annoyance.

    They gave my baby school 3pc tender coupons. Then when I take home to go use them they said it’s “closed” and offer nothing or an explanation. I just don’t get the point.

    Do not go to this Wing Stop! It is badly managed. Poor customer service. They just randomly don't honor coupons or gift certificates even if they are for that exact location with no explanation of why. They will never see me in that establishment again.

    I have stood in the restaurant and called the phone just to see if and employees are standing around on their phones ( not working and not answering the phone) the chicken is bland and flavorless ! TRASH

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I arrived to pick up my order at 9:39 PM and was asked to wait 17–20 minutes. After returning nearly 40 minutes later, I was made to wait another 20 minutes at the restaurant. In the end, I was told by Gurjent that my order had been handed out incorrectly, and the only solution offered was some free ranch. How does that resolve the issue? It doesn’t make up for the time I lost or the frustration caused by the mistake. I expected much better service and a more appropriate resolution for an error like this.
