  Well my first time attempting to get Wingstop was a disaster. So first I call to place an order because you cannot do cash pickup for online orders which is understandable. So I call and press 1 to order and finally someone answers and says I have to come in, in order to pay cash. So I am like sure, I have my heart set on this for dinner now so might as well go in. So I do. First I am greeted with did you order online? I explain no I called to place my order and he said to come in. The kid tells me well it's online orders only tonight and mumbles we don't have much chicken.....I explain but dude I just called here and y'all said to come in. He says I never spoke to anyone and as he could see my frustration finally says ok What do you want?! So instead of just taking my to go order you tried to not ring me out?! And then you had the capability but just didn't want to. So another gentleman comes up and says oh did you call in, I said yep. He says oh what did you want. By this point I said you know what I am good, if you didn't want my business to begin with I'm good. And the first guy literally gets so mad and confrontational over it he has to walk off and is mumbling a bunch of stuff under his breath. So I decided to just leave. Which sucks because this is one of the few places open after 9pm. Mind you this was at 10pm on the dot, which is 2 hours before they close. So unfortunate because I have yet to try their chicken and that corn looks so good. Oh well, I'll have to find another location to try for my first Wing Stop experience.

  Sometimes have to wait longer than usual because the store understaffed. Pls fix it asap

  Do not count on this store to fulfill your catering order. Placed a large order on Friday 5/22 for pickup on 5/24 for a wings party I was hosting. Called ahead at 1:30pm to assure my order would be ready for pickup as scheduled and the manager told me she didn’t know anything about it. She said she couldn’t help me because wings are first-come-first serve and they were running out because it was a busy day. She was rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and at no point did she acknowledge the failure, much less apologize. I hung-up and called BW3 who gladly accepted my order and fulfilled it within an hour. Really disappointing all the way around.

  Kamari and Alisha were super nice. Food came out really tasty.
