Ordered wings online 9/27 for the Sunday night football game at 8pm. Went to go pick them up and the store was dark and closed. But they took my money. Had to get refunded via my bank. Calling Pendleton Pike store didn't work.

Ordered delivery didn’t get all of my food nor did I get my drink for the price I paid I should be able to get someone on the phone. The bag was soaked with grease my veggies were at the bottom of the bag not even in the tray, my celery look like onion strips. Never service something to someone you all wouldn’t eat yourself.

Their drink machine is never fully functioning. The ice machine never works. Why do you have a wing shop and not have proper napkins?
