  I’ve visited this location many times for Amazon returns, fax services, and shipping packages. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Service is always quick, and I’ve never experienced a long wait. Every visit has been pleasant, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

  I stopped by this morning to drop off some packages with prepaid labels. The employee pointed out that the labels were intended to be dropped off at USPS, but was then kind enough to take them for when USPS stopped by later today (I didn’t need a receipt). That saved me an extra trip and I appreciated he was so nice about it and didn’t make me feel weird for having completely misread the labels, as I’m someone who overthinks what people think. He made me feel welcome to come back next time I have UPS needs, and I most likely will come back to this location when I do!
