  Stopped in today at 12:15p or so near lunch to drop off some packages and the store was open and literally nobody was present in the store and there was just a sign on the counter that said you could leave your packages there if you had a premade label but they went to lunch and would be back in 20 minutes…and sorry they were really hungry. While I get it - very irresponsible and to leave a retail establishment in Castleton abandon unlocked and just sitting there is not a good business practice. I did not leave my packages.

  Dropped a package off around 8am Saturday. It didn't get picked up by a driver that day so it sat there Sunday as well of course. UPS service is at an all time low.

  Not only did they not take my returns both employees wanted to give me attitude. All I asked for was the FREE envelopes to place my return in and the tape witch is for our use they refused and said no. I said I will go to the other location then and wild like to talk to the manager. They just wanted to push me out the door and said I had to pay for the FREE shipping products that I can get out of any drop Box. Very unprofessional I wanted to punch those teenagers both straight in the face for how I was treated and I’m 26 and I know about Customer Service should not of been handled like that.

  When I walked into the store it had an inviting atmosphere and the associates were very polite and helpful. They answered all of my questions that I had and even offered information that I may need in the future. Great store. Very clean and organized. Easy access from the road. Will be returning for future business.
