    Came in the store with a difficult item to carry and to package. Although I did have to go and buy my own packaging, the man that worked there was extremely helpful and packaged it for me. Even came out to the car and helped me carry it in! I am so sorry I don’t remember his name…thank you sir for your help. It was so appreciated!

    Went to drop off 2 larger boxes for return. Young man laughed at me when I asked nicely if I could drop them here. I just left. Rude, I have dealt with him before.
