  I went in to have my laptop returned to my employer after a refresh and was told the system to return electronics had been down all week. Staff wasn’t friendly. I was told all customers were being asked to drive over to 10th and Shadeland.

  Refused to sell me a box so I could pay to ship an item. Told me to come back in Monday not understanding I have to work.

  I went to UPS to stop an order I had placed an hour earlier. After checking, I was informed that i could get it returned if I paid $400.00. I was happy to pay the money for the return. The next day I returned to retrieve the package, I was informed they didn’t have it returned because I didn’t pay. I knew I had to pay but no-one said a word about paying upfront. This manager cost me several thousands of dollars. I will never step foot in that store, ever again. I will tell ever I meet what happened at this UPS.

  Jess is the GOAT!! I came in with a large number of returns and felt so badly for whichever unlucky employee was going to get stuck with me. I can’t tell you how much better Jess made my day, simply by being warm, kind, and patient. We knocked it all out smoothly and together, which is a huge weight off. 💕💕💕💕
