I went to UPS to stop an order I had placed an hour earlier. After checking, I was informed that i could get it returned if I paid $400.00. I was happy to pay the money for the return.
The next day I returned to retrieve the package, I was informed they didn’t have it returned because I didn’t pay. I knew I had to pay but no-one said a word about paying upfront.
This manager cost me several thousands of dollars. I will never step foot in that store, ever again. I will tell ever I meet what happened at this UPS.

Jess is the GOAT!! I came in with a large number of returns and felt so badly for whichever unlucky employee was going to get stuck with me. I can’t tell you how much better Jess made my day, simply by being warm, kind, and patient. We knocked it all out smoothly and together, which is a huge weight off. 💕💕💕💕

Customer service stinks!! Paid for service I didn’t even get! With a package I needed ASAP! Now I’m being told there is nothing they can do and that I have to file a claim. All because I paid for next day shipping and you PEOPLE were too busy to ship! Clowns!
Very rude staff! Went in to get some paperwork notarized and they spoke to me like I was interrupting their day! Will no longer be going to this location for my services! And the employees need some talking too about their professional attitude to their customers!

Be careful shipping items thru this store I shipped 2 brand new phones worth $1700 dollars on 4/2/26 today is 4/20/26 and the tracking still says (label created). They printed and put the label themselves on the box asked me what was inside and after it i answered phones, they never offered me insurance or asked me the value of the items in the box ever since then they gave me the email of the store so I can reach out to the GM (Dee) i reached out to her multiple times and even left my phone number to no availability. The employee at the store gave me a 1800 number to file a claim which I did, I went into a different UPS store in the Carmel area just to ask if this is normal to show no update at all with the tracking they answered is not normal and went ahead to tell me the store it's had to file a claim on my behalf. Save yourself a headache please.
