  Well the ladies are rude rude rude .I don’t know they have a racism problem because they treat a white customers so differently that others customers like me been treated so differently, look like maybe they need more training.Amazon returns give business to them and Amazon is of the companies with good service and marketing not discrimination for Amazon different cultures customers.Thanks not coming back to this location again

  Yikes! Don’t ask questions about refunds and penalty charges to establish some understanding. I spoke with Terry and she may be the most standoffish customer rep I have experienced with the UPS Stores accross the various areas.

  I always have a great experience here. Today Ashley and her coworker (I wish I caught his name) were friendly and hilarious AND got me through several returns super fast.

  Experience the worst customer service and prejudice treatment from the older lady that works there. But baby I have never experienced it and I tell u I never again..At the end of the day we all bleed red!
