  Eric, the store Manager was extremely kind, helpful, gave amazing Customer Service with a smile and super professional attitude and saved me hundreds of dollars on my shipment. Way to go Eric!!! The representative who also helped me was wonderful as well. Way to go Eric for having such a great store!

  Had to make 2 trips to this location and ended up shipping from 82nd and Allisonville UPS, total cost $16.20 to ship from that store. I ship frequently to Chicago and typically it costs anywhere from $15-$20 for a small package regular ground shipping.The first trip was because I didn’t have the zip code but I had the address? Normally if you put in the city, state and exact street number UPS should be able to help you find the zip code not to mention, I have shipped from this UPS location before and typically the address should come up under my phone number. I left and came back the next day with the zip code and was quoted $60 to ship ground, $90 for 2 day. When I inquired why so much, I was told it was because my package was not in a rectangular box? The package was in a padded envelope I purchased from this store. The weight was 1.5 pounds. I will never use this store again. Such an inconvenience.

  The staff is exceptionally friendly. I love the relationship between Amazon and UPS for the no fee and no shipping materials. My particular location has the self checkout, which is also really a nice feature. I’m never in there for more than five minutes even when there’s a line, I always always Select UPS with my Amazon returns. Going to the other locations offered for me are a longer distance and haven’t going to a big box stores just not something I am fond of so yeah my UPS here in Indianapolis off E. 10th St. and Shadeland Avenue is top-notch 10 stars and we just moved here when we lived in Danville Indiana. We had the same experience it was just awesome all the way around. I also love the fact that I can buy shipping bags from a dollar to three dollars that helps me when I am shipping out items for eBay.
