  I pulled up at 8:30 they not suppose to close til 9 had doors locked tlkin bout only pick n online orders that don’t make no sense

  I placed an online order and was told to pick it up at 7:40 AM. When I arrived at 7:50 AM, an employee closed the door in my face and told me the store was not open, even though your website clearly stated that you were open. This happened on Wednesday, June 8. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful, and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I called the store after the incident, and the employee who answered was the same person who had closed the door on me earlier. He was not helpful and did not address my concern. I arrived during the posted business hours, yet I was refused service even though I had already placed and paid for an online order. This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable.
