I placed an online order and was told to pick it up at 7:40 AM. When I arrived at 7:50 AM, an employee closed the door in my face and told me the store was not open, even though your website clearly stated that you were open. This happened on Wednesday, June 8. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful, and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.
I called the store after the incident, and the employee who answered was the same person who had closed the door on me earlier. He was not helpful and did not address my concern. I arrived during the posted business hours, yet I was refused service even though I had already placed and paid for an online order. This experience was very frustrating and unacceptable.
Great people..I take my German shepherd and quite often they have a treat for him.. excellent people there

i went through the drive thru and i was asked by the employee to wait (not a problem but when they come back to me i expect it is my turn for their undivided attention) i ordered two sandwiches, one at a time, i was asked to repeat the order and i did... when i returned home the sandwiches were wrong... i called the subway and asked to speak with the manager.... the person i spoke with identified himself as the "night manager" i told him about the sandwich error and he said come back to the store and we will give you some more... he made no apology and did not even sound concerned... i proceeded to let him know that it should not be an assumed part of my experience that i should just come back and get replacements if my sandwiches are wrong... he happily told me that he would take my name and i could come the next day.... again i tried to get the young man to understand that this should not just be "expected"... our conversation lasted for 3 minutes and he told me he didnt have time to argue listen to me complain about my sandwiches being wrong... the next day i called and asked to speak to the manager and i was told she wouldnt be in until 10pm that evening.... i left my name and phone number for a return call.... and there was no return call.... i called the following night at 9:55pm and was told she was unavailable... i asked when she would be available and they told me the next day at noon... i asked how long she would be there because you can see the set up coming for why she wont be able to talk to me and they told me that information was unavailable.... really... the staff does not know how long the manager will be there... i will get this resolved but subway wont see me there again after it is.... if this is the way it is with subway now... jared fogle should run the next time their sales slump makes them try to bring him back again...
in fairness... i should add that eventually a person contacted me regarding my experience at this particular subway... they were profusely apologetic and offered free replacement meals... on the day that i went to retrieve my restitution the same person i had such a difficult time was there... he waited on me... he instantly recognized me from the previous contact and began to explain a series of things that had gone wrong just prior to my arrival... given the explanation i would be willing to chalk up my experience to a bad day (we all have those) but if you look at enough of the other reviews they appear to have a lot of "bad days"
i dont know that i would roll the dice on showing up on a good day
