  Bad customer service the woman that took my order was very rude act like she didn’t even want to be there and threw my meat on the bread was not professional at all if you don’t like your job go get another one but I guess her family owns it because she said so under her breath terrible service won’t be back

  Food was good however, the employee make our food was talking on her phone the whole time she was not paying attention to what I was saying she was putting items on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for. Just very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.

  This Subway is gross. The lettuce was brown. Staff refused to let customers use their restroom, stating they are "out of service" after I watched an employee use the restroom. Will never come back here again.

  Visited this location recently, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, we weren’t acknowledged or greeted. When we acknowledged the woman at the counter, we were met with an unnecessary attitude. I ordered a protein pocket and asked to substitute the lettuce for spinach. I was told they don’t change what comes in the protein pocket, which I found ridiculous because every other Subway I’ve visited has been willing to make that simple substitution. The food wasn’t even the biggest issue, the customer service was. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were completely unacceptable. Hopefully, I never have to visit this location again. Disgusting service with a disgusting attitude to match.

  We went by early to grab a sandwich to throw in a cooler for my daughter for a day full of games. Arrived at 8:15 am and the employee was just walking in and closed the door behind her. Don’t say you open at 8:00 if you aren’t prepared to open at 8:00. Especially on a Saturday morning. Also, tried to call the phone number and it apparently isn’t working. Do better, Subway.
