One opportunity for improvement within our community is placing greater emphasis on smiling and engaging warmly with customers. A friendly smile can make a significant difference in how customers perceive their experience. By focusing on positive interactions, we can create a more welcoming environment and further strengthen customer satisfaction.
These people are the rudest freaking people! Husband and wife. I’ve given them 3 chances and I’m done.

I went to Subway hoping for a decent sandwich, and instead I got something that looked like it survived a minor natural disaster. The bread was so dry I’m pretty sure it was auditioning to be a crouton. The veggies were doing their best, but even they looked tired of being there.
The sandwich artist stacked everything like they were playing Jenga and actively trying to lose. By the time I picked it up, half the toppings tried to escape. Honestly, I don’t blame them.
I hate being that person but how come everytime I come here they put as little as possible on my sandwich? A meatball sub with barely any sauce is insane

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch footlong which usually come out to 8 and some change 9 after taxes. Got charged 13 dollars instead. When asking about it I got told that I got charged for rotisserie chicken which I did not order and then got told that it doesn't matter which one you get that they charge 13 dollars for a chicken bacon ranch no matter what. Yes it's just a $4 difference but add that plus all the customers they are stealing from. Would not recommend at all.
