  I visited a store located inside of Walmart at 4545 Lafayette Rd., Store #3781, located in Indianapolis, IN 46222. I would like someone with some authority to contact me regarding this visit. When i first walked into the store i was welcomed by the Man behind the counter looking at me at if i needed to turn around as he was saying "No," due to (what i believe to be the issue) a long line. Then when i told him i would like the #3 Monster, he laughed at my face, looked at the girl working with him and laughed and repeated what i had said, then went on helping my girlfriend with her order. Then the lady working come and asked me what i want, and i repeated a #3. She asked what i want on it and i said i want what comes on the #3? Obviously confused on the issues. So these two employees proceed to put a little bit of steak, cheese, 2 slices of bacon and she squirted ranch on the sub and said thats all it comes with, and proceeded to close my sub which i quickly stopped. The guy aggressively looked at me and said thats all it comes with. I said no its not, so he asked what comes on it then? I stated look at your menu, and read off the items that were suppose to be on the Sub. He looked at the woman and said open it...she did, and he reached over and grabbed a handful of onion and just threw it on my sub, then grabbed a handful of pepper and threw it on my sub and said there, thats all you get. The store was completely trashed, wrappers all over the floors, bread crumbs all over the tables, chairs all pulled out everywhere....the entire experience was trashy and unacceptable. Needless to say, because they were acting if i was the problem, the Sub itself was trash, which is exactly where i put it considering they just threw whatever on it; and in the process of doing that they basically just poured dressing on my girlfriends Sub. I will never return to this store as long as this is how it continues to be managed and maintained.
