  I moved into the area a few months back. I’ve always really loved subway too. So when i saw there was one super close to me i was really excited. But I don’t think I can ever come back to this subway again. Ive ordered several times on the app from this one, and every single time my sandwich is made so horrifically wrong its shocking. I have to beg for it to be toasted in the extra comment section on the app and it still has never been toasted once. But today really took the cake. I ordered a footlong toasted sub with mustard and salt and pepper/ all the veggies etc. my sandwich had no mustard, and was caked in so much pepper that i couldnt even see the vegetables. The bread on the bottom was caked in pepper, every part of it was. I tried to wipe off what i could but i could only do so much. I tried to eat it anyway but the pepper was so overpowering i had to throw it away. It was inedible. My mouth is still burning from what i tried to eat. This is what its like every single time ive gotten a sandwich from this particular one. Its not been right once on the app. I used to go in person and order, but the majority of the people working here are so incredibly rude and make you feel like a huge burden. It got to the point where i was so uncomfortable i just did the online ordering. But now i wont order from here at all anymore. It really sucks because i love subway a lot but these workers are insanely miserable and obviously hate customers. Please do better.
