  I come here more than I’d like to admit (it’s close to my house) I usually order online and walk to pick it up. Today i did just that. Got there and they said they didn’t have my order on their end. I showed my receipt and the fact money was taken out of my account and they offered zero solutions.

  I asked before the sandwich was started, "do you take this coupon?" I asked because I wanted to make sure it was a participating Subway. I showed the coupon on the app. The girls said yes. So, we make the sandwich. They rang me up and tried to charge me double saying the coupon didn't work. It only took $2 off. I said try this coupon instead. Same excuse/lie. I told her I asked before the sandwich was started to make sure and you told me yes! She said sometimes they don't work. I said you told me yes so can you discount it? She said no. Then dont tell me yes! I walk out. Didn't pay and left the sandwich there. I think she was lying to me the whole time. 5/5/26 10:45 am.

  They make the sandwiches really quick and always efficient. Ive never had an issue at this location.
