    Not the best location. Lettuce was far from fresh and was turning brown. Very big language gap. You have to repeat yourself A LOT.

    Hi, I’m pregnant. I order two different types of subs. I ordered it on the app and tried placing my order. Told me they didn’t have any turkey available. So I pulled up and ordered the same thing I did in the app. They in fact did have turkey. Also in the subway app it was 14 something. I ordered the same thing at their drive through my total came out to 19.57. When at first the girl told me at the window 16 something and so I handed her my card. Why was my card charged 21.33. Can yall make that make sense? Might I add when she handed me my drink the lid wasn’t even on and it was over filled and spilling everywhere. What a joke.

    I ordered my sub thru the app at this specific subway because it has a drive thru and i had my dog with me. when i got there the sign that says ‘drive thru open’ was on and i went to the drive thru because i had my dog. not only did i sit there waiting after pressing the button for service several times with no response and almost no one else at this subway, i pull around to go to the window incase the drive thru system just isn’t working. there is then another car also waiting and was also ignored for the drive thru. so we end up both pulling around and going inside where there are 2 workers and only one of them was doing their job and the other was just standing around, clearly ignoring the drive thru. now because i placed my order on the app i was assuming that my sandwich would be ready and correct, not only was my order not ready but when i got home i discovered that my order was also incorrect. if you want to go to subway, choose a different location because clearly there is no upside to this location as they ignore the drive thru and don’t make the sandwich correctly.
