  Twice in a row now they have loaded a package on a wrong truck after I paid for two day shipping. I'm in negotiations to remove them as a shipper when I order from the seller. Absolutely silly for a "logistics company" I've never had an issue like this with one of their real competitors.

  I wanted to share my very positive experience with this branch. I had an important package and I paid to ensure it was shipped overnight. Like many FedEx packages right now, it was in danger of being hung up in Memphis. It made it to Indy but didn't make the truck for delivery. In fact, due to heavy shipments coming in, it hadn't even been unpacked. I arrived at this branch, and after explaining to the agent behind the counter my situation, he took it upon himself to dig through the bags and bags of envelopes to find it. I know the delays aren't the fault of the staff here, and the fact that they went above and beyond to salvage a delay as best they could was incredible. It's unfortunate that FedEx corporate continues to accept next day priority packages (and the hefty fee) that they know won't likely make it on time, but it's great that they've got folks like these taking care of their customers.
