  Staff are wonderful, but this new location is terrible. Have a large item to ship? Sorry, you have to park on the other side of the drive and carry it and they dont have automatic doors either, so youre forced to try to hold the door while dragging your items through. Yes they have a ramp, but its not in front of the door, its on the corner of the sidewalk, so not only do wheelchairs have to cross traffic, but they have to go along the front to the corner before they can get up on the sidewalk. If you did have a wheelchair, it'd be awful to try to hold the door open and get inside. Fedex really messed up when they built this one.

  Chains to attempted to deliver a package driver never showed saying no one was home. Funny I was out side the whole time. Camera never showed them even at mt place

  I had a great experience at this FedEx Office location. The staff member, Kirya, was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. She took the time to clearly explain everything I needed, even while handling multiple customers at once. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for future needs.
