Returned my equipment from a recent job and the lady at the counter kept insisting that I would need to purchase a box after I was informed that all I needed to do was show the bar card and everything is covered. She finally saw that I was right and just needed to turn in the equipment and it’s all taken care of from there.

Brent was very helpful! Despite being understaffed he managed to help me and 4 other customers at the same time!

Got here today 650pm to ship some items and staff Brent rudely said they are about to close 7pm and cant attend to me. I was refused service even though it shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to create me a label. They have no single iota of customer service nor regard/ value customers. Only good at advertisement He even suggested I go to ups even though I was so calm. Bad service 5/100
