  This used to be my go-to location for both my company’s printing and all of my shipping needs, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill. I’ve been in twice within the last week, and both visits were disappointing. On my first visit, I came in to print flyers for work, something I’ve done there many times before. I started working with one employee, but she handed me off to another associate who quoted me nearly $500 to print a set of basic flyers that had never cost anywhere near that in the past. Instead of trying to understand what I needed, I was simply given an outrageous quote. I decided to give them another chance and returned a few days later with a completely different print job, hoping for a better experience. I was greeted by the same employee, but when another customer walked in, they chose to help him first, even though I was already engaged with her. Once again, I was handed off to another employee instead of the person who initially started helping me. It made me feel like my time and business weren’t important. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, which makes this even more disappointing. Between the inconsistent service, being repeatedly passed from one employee to another, and feeling like I was an afterthought, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I’ll be taking both my printing and shipping business elsewhere.
