  I cannot express how wonderfully patient the current employees are at this Fedex location. I traveled to the hotel for a conference and forgot my blazer at home. Yes, I had to pay the $10 "handling" fee to have the item taken from the JW front desk to the Fedex, but that's a Fedex requirement - not just something this site tacks on. The Fedex guy graciously opened and disposed of my Amazon box and cut off the tags so I could pop my new blazer on before heading out to the conference. THEN I accidently shipped my next order to this site instead of my home. The Fedex staff has graciously taken my phone callS and emailS as we try to brainstorm a solution. They could not have been more patient or supportive and I am very, very grateful for their assistance.

  They charge fees for prepaid labels. Never heard of that before.

  Charges a fee to drop off a pre-paid package. Go to the FedEx on Monument Circle.

  If you have something shipped to you here, they charge a HANDLING FEE per box - even if you're the recipient. It's part of being a FedEx in the hotel. Go a block away and save the money at a different FedEx.

  Talked with a woman over the phone to have two .png's printed out to be a certain length for a school project, and NOT the whole page, so that it would fit on one page. The woman said that she could do it. I get there and she blows them up to fit the page and has them on two pages. I ask her to scale the images to 100% original size, as I made them a specific size, and she said it could not be done. I ask her further to use Mic Word since it is really easy to make image files a certain printed dimension on there. She says it will be $10.00 because then "she has to set it up." She then says what I want can't be done. I proceed to use the computer at $0.40/minute, and finish the job on my own in 4 minutes (most of the required time was used to download the images). tl;dr -- incompetent, non-flexible service. I will not be returning to any FedEx Office establishments in the future.
