  It's in a Westin hotel. The people at the front have me the wrong directions to find it. They also charged me a $10 fee to send a package with a prepaid label

  They seem nice but this location charges an addition outbound shipping fee regardless of whether or not you have a prepaid label. Just use the monument circle one. Not sure why this one exists.

  We had a special oversized item to ship and Lisa was very helpful trying to find the right size box that would not cost us an arm and a leg to ship. It took a while to find the right one but she was so kind and didn’t give up. Plus another employee kept going back to the storage room to get more boxes to try without complaining. Thank you!
