  Would leave no stars if possible. Lady working was no help. She didn’t even want to come out the back and have to work. Was mad I didn’t need to buy a box and told me I had to pay an extra $10 for a prepaid label. And also didn’t want to even print my label. Terrible service

  It's in a Westin hotel. The people at the front have me the wrong directions to find it. They also charged me a $10 fee to send a package with a prepaid label

  They seem nice but this location charges an addition outbound shipping fee regardless of whether or not you have a prepaid label. Just use the monument circle one. Not sure why this one exists.

  Great Service for a LETTER to be overnighted. Drove up, valet watched my car, they helped me mail my overnight envelope with no extra fees but it was just a letter. yes be careful if its a box. you may want to choose another location.
