  Extremely Poor Customer Service — 1 Star One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over an hour just to pick up one package. The employee was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone throughout the entire process. She took my ID and walked away with it, leaving me waiting without any proper explanation. The process was unnecessarily slow, and she showed absolutely no respect for my time. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there was no manager there. Then she sarcastically said that if I wanted to wait another two hours, she could get a manager for me. That response was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that businesses can get busy, but there is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer this way. Over an hour for a simple package pickup, poor communication, a disrespectful attitude, and then being mocked when asking for a manager. Very disappointing experience. Zero stars if I could.

  Excellent customer service. Very impressed with the speed in which I got my order I'll certainly do business with DHL much more often!!

  Order product that was shipped from Poland. 3 boxes send on 2 flights. Website info was VERY ambiguous and unreliable. After 5 calls/chats with DHL and 2 to customs they finally released my packages. I was assured they would arrive together. Sure enough I only got one. I lost 3 days of productivity due to incompetence. Of course they don’t deliver Saturday. Thanks DHL
