  Terrible customer service the lady that is working there right now is rude the phone call is recorded she rude I see there is so many comments it’s sad to have a person working for a great company I’m so disappointed I ask her name she won’t give it to me not a bad place but the worker terrible

  I’m disabled this store on Pendleton pike plaza has a very Lazy worker today he was very rude and wasn’t willing to explain my bill or auto pay services to me nor give me any information on upper management my second bill with this company is almost a hundred dollars for one phone plan when boost ask me to come back offers 4 phone lines for 100.00

  Visited the store today no customer service at all , Very Rude , not willing too help or give advise I’m glad I’ve already been threw the process of exchanging phones and switching providers they were not willing to help at all def need new reps in the store then I go too leave and the rudest rep is outside on his break smoking like if you just needed a little thc too make you wanna help that’s all you had too say absolutely store experience 1/10 but the deal I got was a good price for switching and receiving a new device all in all happy with cricket unhappy with my service will not be back at that location
