  I went to cricket not too long ago to get a watch I saw and thania helped me get it. And she even talked me into getting a speaker soon lol! Thania was super nice and respectful. Very easy to work with. Huge thanks to the Michigan rd cricket!

  Cecilia was amazing! i couldn’t have asked for a better representative, she was thorough, very friendly and awesome at her job (: employees like her are why i continue to go through cricket! the employees in this store have been awesome everytime i’ve come in

  Not so great of an experience I'm having problems with phone security and certain phone options that are not working they said they were going to help me fix my phone and or replace it but every time I try to call Asurion or even Cricket warranty department I'm not getting through at all so I feel as if my calls are being forwarded or they're not getting through to the right people it's not a good experience especially being that the employees told me they would help me out with the phone situation but none of them really actually to help me with anything they just gave me a phone number on a piece of paper and treated me like I was more of a nuisance here I believe I'll be going back to Metro when this monthly contract is up
