  We booked this hotel for a family vacation to the children's museum. Little did we know (not from this area) , there is a night club right across the parking lot so there are 2 security agents sitting outside in the parking lot- Not exactly the most family friendly hotel. The pool water is so green that you can't see the bottom of the pool and the pool area smells like sewage so we couldn't swim in the pool (very disappointing for the children). The doors and walls are clearly not sound proof as you can hear every single door on your floor being open and shut throughout the night (probably why the already have a pair of earplugs in the room upon arrival). Also, truly didn't love being woken up by crazy couples arguing all night long (probably should've used those ear plugs. However, the AC in the room works well and the breakfast was decent. We usually don't have a problem with best westerns but this one was bottom of the barrel.

  Do not book your employees a room here, Andrew will not let your employees use Company cards despite being a returning customer who used the same card in the past for incidental. Probably wanna scim new cards.
