  It is with mixed emotions that I share this experience. The Keystone store is my preferred store because the associates there have aways been friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. Apparently, one associate, Randi, didn't get the memo. I have ordered parts online for pickup dozens of times over the years without issue. If a part was out of stock, I'd be notified and they would find it at another store and even have it shipped to their store, if possible. Not only did Randi not notify me, she canceled my order and offered no assistance in locating the part at another location. I was livid. Unfortunately, my normal crew, Wilsson and Mike, were not there to provide the customer service that keeps me coming back. Randi should do better or find a place that better aligns with her attitude towards customer service.

  Dropped off used oil and the lady behind the counter was loudly making rude comments about our oil choice while pouring out our oil.

  Amazing customer service from Wilson today. He helped us pick out a new car battery and change it out. Super kind and efficient!
