I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Advance Auto Parts, and it is 100% because of Quaid.
I recently had to buy an engine, and to be completely honest, I know absolutely nothing about cars. I was trying to help a friend out and felt totally overwhelmed and out of my element. From the very beginning, Quaid took the time to truly listen to my situation. He didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel silly for asking questions, and treated me with an incredible amount of patience and respect.
What really stood out was how far he went to help. I called multiple times while trying to figure everything out, and every single time Quaid answered my questions, walked me through things, and reassured me when I felt confused or frustrated. He never once made me feel like I was a bother. Instead, he stayed patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me get it right.
Because of him, we were able to get all the right parts ordered and delivered without hesitation. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into something manageable simply because he cared enough to help someone who had no idea what they were doing.
Customer service like this is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Quaid went far above and beyond what anyone would expect, and I truly hope his manager sees this and knows what an incredible employee they have. People like him are the reason customers come back.
