  Was in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes, the only one in the Drive-Thru. I believe they forgot about me

  Very disappointed with this location, I ordered a foot long tuna , the bread was hard as a brick, the lettuce was slightly wilted (not fresh), I usually had not problems from here before, but WHAT HAPPENED THIS TIME ??? ! Serve your customers FRESH food, vetgables, I most likely will Not return to this location again.

  Went there today around 1:30 pm. The worker there was rude and when I called to speak to the manager it was him that answered the phone and gonna say the manager wont be back to this location he have seniority and I can talk to him and when I told him he was rude he gonna say look Im stressed out and want to go home by 2. Like you dont say that to a customer so I asked for his name he told me Quientin but I wont be back to this location and I will call everyday until I talk to a manager!

  I ordered double meat on a BMT and when I got home, it barely had any meat on it. I called them and the guy gave me attitude about his lack of sandwich-making skills. Poor and rude behavior. I thought they would have gotten better, but they are still rude and have plenty of poor attitudes. Avoid this location at all costs; there are better Subway locations in the area.

  Sadly, service was given with a frown. When we asked for extra toppings, we were given a frown. Extra was given.... .... we even tried making little silly jokes to try and get a smile... but was given cold stares. We've ordered from the lake park ave location on many occasions and had many different workers... but none have been friendly or even polite. The food was average, not terrible, just average. But getting a friendly face really does make a difference. Tonight... we went to the hobart location near Equippers church on ridge road. We saw smiles and friendly faces.... much nicer environment! 💖
