  Good morning, to whom this may be concerned. I'd give 5 stars to the UPS store in Highland Indiana, doing the storm on in August 11th 12 13th and 14, we had a disaster in Highland Indiana, no power anything, but UPS store helped the community by letting us come in and was able to plug our phones and not get charged, and thank God for the service that they do give us For\n UPS being in Highland Indiana, we give them a 5 star in our community.   I was mailing a $600 phone and had questions regarding insurance. The attendant was dismissive. I had the distinct impression that I was bothering her. She never said thank you, and I worried that she would get my phone off to the proper location. She never answered my questions so I only had my tracking number and receipt and again worried my phone would get to the proper location. Extremely rude!! I would have asked to speak to a manager immediately, but again I was concerned about my $600 phone and did not want to make any waves.She needs some deep customer service training. I am a sixty eight year old senior. I do not need to come into your store to be treated like this!!

  I’m going to give it a 5 star for an employee named Patty. On June 19th she was multitasking to keep the customers leave happy and quickly. She is kind and helped me greatly when my day was rough. So UPS store do right by her and support your employees and thank them. I like this ups store a lot and because of employees like Patty and the young man who always helps me print labels for my return and packs them for me. Great job!

  This location is extremely unhelpful and lacks the necessary knowledge to process returns. Daniela fully processed my return even after she told me they couldn’t take it because my item was too big for their boxes. Then she refused to do anything to help correct her mistake.
