Food gets more expensive, and quality goes down. I ask for extra mayonnaise everytime, and it's less than a regular amount...

Usually not short tempered, but the device was terrible. First of all, there was already a line when we got inside which is a red flag for me. Then the employees proceed to trash talk the way their restaurant is ran and how they need more help in front of all of us customers. Very slow and is dirty inside. Like I said, I usually am hard to get worked up, but it was stressful and terrible. I’d say one star is a complement.

Placed an online order to be told at pickup that they weren't able to read the details so my food wasn't ready. No problem, gave them my order and said I would run to the gas station while they were making it so I wouldn't be losing any time. I come back and they've made sandwiches for customers who had come in after me and my food still wasn't ready. To top it off they offered me a small drink for all my troubles. Horrible customer service. We finally got a meal an hour into the ordeal.
