  I order here all the time for pickup. Today I decided to order delivery on their website and it was the WORST experience. I spend $40 and they didn't even bother to include my large fries in my order. I called to report that it was missing and when my delivery driver showed up to get it the employees said "there's nothing they can do". I've spent hundreds at this location and this is how you treat me. BET. This order was dry and cold with a few drops of sauce, you can guarantee I will not be returning. Terrible.

  I ordered a huge order tonight and the service was quick and the employees were very kind! Curtis even went out of his way to carry food out to my car for me.
