  I ordered food thru Uber Eats. Totally disappointed. I ordered Bone in wings ( lemon pepper) and ranch sauce. They sent me chicken nuggets.... who didn't complete school???? The receipt clearly says bone in. Tried calling them .but the don't answer the phone. So sad that my dinner was ruined. I do not like chicken nuggets. Will never order from them again.

  This restaurant has a serious issue in how they sauce their wings. They not utilize the bowls in which the chicken is supposed to be sauced in. Most times (and I’ve watched with my own eyes), they place the chicken in the to-go container and just pour seasoning on top while the bottom of the chicken is sitting in oil. This always happens with my garlic Parmesan or lemon pepper wings, sometimes the fries. I decided today instead to get original hot wings, thinking they’d be fully sauced. Well I was wrong. The fries were mostly burnt on one end as well. Please put your phones down ladies for just a minute and check the food quality. The chicken strips I had tasted like they’ve been sitting out well past the time that they should’ve. They tasted old and dried out. That’s also dangerous to feed someone old food. Were these strips on a timer? There’s no way this order was made fresh. I was not greeted upon entrance and instead watched two ladies in the back on their phone one leaning out on the second counter towards the door where the condiments are. It’s no wonder the food quality is always poor here. As another reviewer stated, go to the one in Lansing. You’ll have a better chance getting fresh food there than this Wingstop.

  Save your time if you’re walking in to eat after 9pm. New to the area, came in on a Thursday night at 9:30pm. Was told they only take online orders after a certain time.

  food was horrible and they are up charging for food! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY

  Showed up 20 minutes before they close with 8 year old daughter to be told a 3 three piece strip combo was too much for them to handle. Obviously they don’t care and the open hours don’t mean anything to them.
