  I found a roach in the chicken I feel like it ruined my whole night and I’m in distress because after a long day of work I just wanted some wings and I’m so upset

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Multiple times I have placed an order, arrived to pick it up, and been told that my order was not in the system. Not only was my food unavailable, but I was also told that I could not receive a refund, despite having proof that I placed and paid for the order. It is unacceptable to charge customers for orders that cannot be located and then refuse to issue refunds. This has happened more than once, which shows a serious problem with the ordering and customer service process. Customers should not have to lose their money because of a system error or mistake on the restaurant’s end. I hope management addresses these issues and improves both their order tracking and refund policies so other customers do not have the same frustrating experience.

  This Wingstop had to be the worst chicken I ever ate. It was bruised dried out, and I asked for for my chicken to be dropped fresh and the manager insisted that it was just came up instead of adhering to my request when I’m spending my money I’ve been eating chicken for 54 years horrible experience!

  Wingstop where they make you work for your food, getting in the door. Hurt my back pushing it open with it cause my hands were full. But even when they’re not it’s a struggle to get in. Bring someone strong if you’re not or injured in anyway. Cause you won’t be getting in otherwise. I feel like they laugh at everyone the second it’s empty cause they all watch when someone shows up at the door. Other than that the food is good.

  I had a mistake with my order, but the manager went above and beyond to fix it. They were understanding, professional, and made sure everything was corrected. I really appreciate how seriously they took the situation definitely great customer service! I will return to give them another try!
