  Very disappointing experience. The young lady with the long red hair was extremely rude and loud from the moment we walked in. My family and I ordered 6 footlongs, and the entire experience felt uncomfortable because of the attitude and unnecessary comments she was making. To make things worse, all 6 sandwiches were shoved into ONE plastic bag, leaving them completely squished together. It was honestly frustrating after spending money on that much food. We normally come here and have great experiences with the other employees, especially the older ladies who are always welcoming and professional. This visit was completely different. The service was rude, the food was handled carelessly, and the overall experience was just unpleasant. Definitely not the type of customer service I expect when spending my money somewhere.The lady’s name was something like Sumaya

  I Absolutely HATE this Subway! It's the WORST Subway in Nortwest Indiana period. The employees are not sandwich artist. Just throw the whole crew away! My sandwiches are always sloppy and disgusting looking. Im done with this place.

  This is one of the worst Subways I ever been to, the old lady working there was absolutely rude as hell to my grandma, my grandma said she can't read the board the letters are too small and her eyes arent good right now and the old lady got really snotty like saying "then have someone read it for you" when its their job to do that and they acted like they didnt want to work. Next their prices are much higher than other subways so after all this ill never go back there I hope they close they are terrible.

  The service was great two guys working one was training ,pretty friendly staff I didn’t know it was there it’s kind of hidden the place is pretty clean even the bathrooms

  This is by the far the worst subway experience that I’ve ever had in ANY LOCATION and I’m a regular subway customer.! When I travel, subway is my stop for food across the country and this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. They are rude and are not consistent i had the ingredients for half a sandwich When I ate I just put all the ingredients into one half and was left with an empty half bread. I will not be going to this location ever.
