  I went into this store for the first time with intending to do an exchange. However the product I wanted they didn't have. David was the person that performed the refund he walked away to get the refund approved by the person who greeted me as I entered the store. He stated" the next time you have a refund come to the counter first" I asked why he then implied that I could have done something because he wasn't paying attention when I walked in. I then said I have my receipt what's the problem. I was the only person in the store at that time. Are you implying I could have switched or tried to steal because of my skin color?

  very courteous employees and helpful they also sell Die Hard Batteries with 3 year warranties made 2 purchases at this store in the last 2 weeks

  I did not have a great experience with this location at all. The associate he was Hispanic with glasses had no enthusiasm to help at all. I asked him to check my battery and he reluctantly sighed because he didn't want to do it. He told me I had a bad battery and I asked could he install it for me. This time it was a long pause and he finally said "yea "with an attitude. I went to get pricing on it and told him I would check and see and he said "ummhmm". I said thank you he said "ummhmm". Just a very sour, unenthusiastic, unhelpful attitude. There is no excuse for that type of service. It was not busy I was by myself for a while, I think one more person came in. Look this is your job. If you don't want to properly service a customer then why take this job no one forced you! Thankfully I remembered the Advanced Auto in Highland, and Andy and his manager was helpful and treated me with nothing but respect. Andy showed kindness and put my battery in short period of time with no problem. That is the level of service that should be displayed. I shouldn't have to go to another location to get that. Very Disappointed in the Hammond location!
