  Sometimes savings aren't savings. Time to go to Farmers or Travelers insurance. You save money supposedly but at the end you pay more out of pocket. I would highly recommend going to a place who cares about its customers.

  I had a great experience working with Gloria Del Toro .She took the time to take care of me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and walked me through the entire claims process step by step. She made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and support—highly recommend!

  We were customers at this location for 4 years. During this time we spent about $10,000.00 for home and auto insurance. We had a claim due to someone hitting our car in a parking lot. We went into the office and spoke with Jennifer. She was absolutely a dream to work with. She put everything we needed in order for us. She helped us on a few occasions. We never saw Nick in the office when we were there. We never made a claim due to it being our fault. We wanted to shop around to compare prices and found a better deal at State Farm. We went into the office to notify them and lo and behold Nick was there. He came out when he heard we were leaving. He never once told us thanks for being good customers. He just asked why we’re leaving. Then he turned around and went back into his office. I give Nick a 1 star and Jennifer a 5 star.
