  Awful service, nobody answers the phone, I go there to let them know their phone isn’t working and they tell me they don’t answer the phone. Not very customer service like. Food was not good either. Bread was hard and fries were very soggy and cold

  Terrible food and service, I tried calling to discuss with them that they forgot a side of corn. Nobody answered, I driver there and I asked what their phone number was and they said they don’t answer the phone and just have it on silent. Very poor customer service and was laughed at the whole time when asked about the phone. They have really gone down hill and this will be the last time I eat here

  One of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve had. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked, and the service was fast and on point. Huge credit to District Manager Kim—her leadership clearly shows. The team was sharp, the place was clean, and everything ran smoothly even during a rush. Strong management makes a real difference, and it shows here. I’ll definitely be back.

  Stood at the counter for 15 minutes without either employee looking up from their phones to acknowledge us. Loud indian music blasting instead of focusing on customers. Second time we have been, first time the food was terrible. After deciding to try again today we definitely regret it. Will probably never be back to that location, can see why they only have 3.1 out of 5 stars.
