I am writing this to formally report a deeply disturbing experience at this Subway location involving an employee named Jordan. While I expected a standard service experience, I was instead met with blatant attitude and discriminatory behavior that felt pointedly racist. He treated me with a level of contempt that was not shown to other customers in line. It was clear that his refusal to provide basic service was rooted in bias.When making my sandwich, he was intentionally careless, tossing ingredients together in a way that felt disrespectful and mocking. He showed a complete lack of professional standards.
The way he spoke to me was demeaning and felt fueled by prejudice. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or inferior because of their race.
